I'm here to support you on your healing journey and advocate for your wellbeing.

When I say I understand, it's because I've been where you are now, and I am here for you.

I know the loneliness of illness.  You feel like no one understands how it's taking over your life.  I know the fear that kidnaps your mind making you think - is this it?  Am I destined to feel like this for the rest of my life?  You've become snippy and curt with your loved ones, you're always tired, always in pain and yet you still have to show up in life.  I know, I lived it for far too long.

It can all seem very confusing and at times even overwhelming to fit in everything you need to to feel better.  But that's why I'm here. I have walked this path of healing myself, I know the pitfalls and how to navigate around them.  I also know the joys of breaking free of mental and physical pain and I want to share all of it with you.

Natural Medicine

When you choose to me to work with you, you'll receive a  personalized program that will include:

  • SESSION ONE: In our first session we'll map out where you are currently, exploring some of your past, your current nutrition, your activity and stress levels, along with what are your triggers, challenges and goals. This will help us to create a program that specifically fits your needs. One size does not fit all.
  • OTHER SESSIONS: We'll then proceed with 12 x 1 hour private sessions held over zoom

You'll receive:

  • Science backed evidenced based anti-inflammatory foods recipes that are customized to your specific needs, that are also culturally relevant to your heritage.  Recipes that resonate with what is familiar and brings comfort to you.
  • Resources for reading and expanding your awareness on the needs of your mind and body
  • Meal prep tips and tricks on how to create meals that are not only quick and easy but mouth watering delicious!
  • A workbook to help keep you centered and achieving your goals
  • Unlimited text messaging to me for quick answers.
  • You'll learn the science of Ayurvedic gut healing through food timing and food combining.
  • I'll share with you the mysteries of your body's circadian rhythms so you'll be able to make informed choices with awareness throughout your day.
  • You'll become a master of herbs and spices and how to use them as part of your medicine cabinet and to be proactive about your health.
  • You'll learn to incorporate Eastern consciousness healing that trains you to be in a state of awareness through mindful practices, bringing harmony and balance to your daily routine.
  • You'll be guided along a safe path that will support you in shedding old past experiences and emotions that no longer serve your present.
  • Most of all you'll feel completed supported in an unbiased judgement free space where you can give yourself permission to be who you truly know yourself to be.
  • Think about what you've been living with and how it's affected your mental, emotional, physical and financial health.  You can't give up, you haven't tried everything yet.
